Forms collect your name, email, phone, travel dates, destination and message.
3. Purposes and bases
We use data to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, book services with suppliers and meet legal duties. Bases: consent, contract and legitimate interest in responding.
4. Cookies
Cookies and traffic data that can identify you require informed consent and confidentiality safeguards under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications'. You may withdraw consent in browser settings.
5. Sharing
We share only necessary data with travel suppliers (hotels, carriers, guides) and IT providers acting on our instructions. We never sell personal data.
6. Retention and rights
Enquiry data is kept up to 24 months after last contact. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent.
