You may browse and request quotes for lawful purposes only. You must not copy content, disrupt the site, or submit false booking data.
3. Quotes, prices and inclusions
A quote is an invitation, not a confirmed reservation; a contract forms only when we confirm availability and the supplier accepts the booking. Prices are in UAH unless stated otherwise, with mandatory taxes and fees shown in the quote. Each quote lists included services; visa fees, insurance, personal expenses, gratuities and unlisted items are excluded.
4. Children and occupancy
Child ages follow the supplier rules, usually infants under 2 and children 2–11. Rates are based on two adults sharing; single or extra occupancy may cost more.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Supplier cancellation terms apply and are stated before booking. Eligible refunds are paid within 10 business days of cancellation, less supplier charges.
6. Liability
We are liable only for our own services. We are not liable for supplier failures, force majeure or indirect loss, to the extent permitted by the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Protection".
7. Complaints and personal data
Send complaints to contact@nexdyria.com. You may also complain to consumer-protection authorities (Law No. 1023-XII). We process names, emails and phone numbers under the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection", and use cookies only with consent under the Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications".
8. Advertising and tourism
Offers are identifiable and accurate, per the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising". Tourism services are provided as required by the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism"; the responsible tour operator or travel agent is named in each offer.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
