We act as a travel agent and vacation planner, not a tour operator. We do not own hotels, airlines, transfers or excursions. Unless a booking says otherwise, we arrange services with independent suppliers.

Before ordering, we show our legal name, registered location, registration code, email and phone under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'.

Suppliers and advertising

Hotels, airlines, excursion suppliers and other providers are independent. They set prices, availability, cancellation rules and service standards. We may receive a commission or fee; the price shown before booking does not change.

We identify suppliers and key terms before confirmation. Advertising is identifiable, accurate and not misleading about price, availability, destination, included services or provider identity under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising'.

Tourism status

We are a travel agent and vacation planner. If a package is organised by a tour operator, the operator and package terms are identified in booking documents under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism'. We are not the tour operator unless stated in writing.

Consumers, data and cookies

Pre-contract information on service, price, terms, cancellation, refunds and complaints is provided under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection'.

Names, emails, phone numbers and cookie data are collected only with a privacy notice and lawful consent under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection'. Identifiable cookie and traffic data require informed consent and safeguards under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications'.
